It's only a temporary information portal put up by the technical team for posting news updates/announcement for investors to read on the front page. It's the new partners of SwissCash who are planning everything now (Asia Pacific Capital investment Ltd. & SUN Financial Systems) as stated in the message there.
Do read the full message there on the front page for understanding. Currently, http://www.swisscashguide.com/ ...this temporary website is the only source of information as the main SwissCash was affected by the Mareva Injunction, Malaysian Court Problem and has been shutdown. Investors shall wait for email or sms, probably from the new management team to notify of the new wesbite to login.
I presume, if timeframe (15th Octobber) for US residents is not met, most probably could be delay to same timing as for those in Asia, Middle East, etc... (refer to http://www.swisscashguide.com/ ...for the dates) On another note, I just heard info from one senior investor that Swiss Mutual Fund is alive and well, but there are still legal issues that are not sorted out to facilitate the comeback of Swisscash with the new partners. This will take still more time.
